(a/n: this will probably be updated regularly as i think of more things to add!! i tried to organise these chronologically to the best of my ability but there may be some inconsistencies, so apologies in advance!!🤍)

started crying when she saw yunho cry at their first fansign

when hongjoong forgot to say “dul, set” and said “8 makes 1 team” alone, san and juliet coincidentally said “1 makes 1 team” to clown him and they looked at each other like 👁👄👁

when san backwashed into his bottle of cola and hongjoong unknowingly drank from it which made her go 👁👄👁 and she made san pinky-promise that he wouldn’t do that to her

when felix, chan and somi hugged her when ateez got their first win on m countdown

when she wrote another one of their iconic instagram live “please leave” signs in her pretty cursive handwriting

she really said “𝓅��𝑒𝒶𝓈𝑒 𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓋𝑒 ❤️” 😭😭😭

when that one australian interviewer asked “if you don’t have any sexiness or charisma like me, what do you do then?” and she half-jokingly went “yeah, that’d be tragic”

cried at their concert in sydney and couldn’t sing for the remainder of the song they were performing because she was crying so much

said “sorry, this is his mission, i’m just here for moral support” when the employees at the pharmacy heard her speak fluent english and asked her to translate for mingi during ateez treasure film

(disclaimer: i’m pretty sure mingi mentioned in a v-live that the producers (?) of ateez treasure film told him to exaggerate the mission for entertainment purposes. so this is in no way trying to make fun of anyone’s english, and is intended to be light-hearted. as someone whose mother tongue isn’t english, and is currently learning a fourth language, i can say with full confidence that learning other languages is really, really hard and i’m so proud of the boys for their english!! in conclusion, mingi english king and mingi bestest boy!! 🥺)

climbed the sydney harbour bridge with seonghwa and mingi for the former’s mission

when they all went to juliet’s house in sydney to have dinner with her family during ateez treasure film; she also saw her cat in person for the first time in years and teared up because it had grown a lot

also cried during the confessional activity on the beach while filming ateez treasure film and clung to seonghwa and yunho for the rest of the activity

when an atiny told her that they hadn’t eaten yet at a fansign and she asked them to pinky-promise that they would eat something after the event

almost lost her shit with san when seonghwa rapped on weekly idol

covering “someone you loved” on weekly idol which went viral

almost died laughing when they sang “wonderland” in spanish on hello82

fangirled over basically every artist during mama 2019; clips of her just having the time of her life went viral and many asked about “the girl in the boy group who was jamming out”

when san almost gave her a heart attack by spinning the gold play button; she was still very impressed

rounded up all 8 of her members to sing “thank you” to them during “thank u” at their seoul concert and make them all emotional

during the same concert, she accidentally whacked herself over the head with her mic when waving to fans and went “ ᵃ ʰ ”

she’s babie :(

randomly asked “toes for fingers or fingers for toes” during a v-live and the other members looked at her like 👁👄👁 for a good minute

got very passionate about having fingers for toes being better than having toes for fingers

wore her huge platform boots in a v-live so she could be taller than hongjoong, much to his dismay

when she tried to show her boots off by lifting up her leg, she forgot she was wearing a dress; seonghwa immediately panicked and moved in front of her to shield her from the camera, not knowing she was wearing shorts underneath the dress

watching seonghwa’s birthday v-live in the corner with san

when their staff brought out a “cake” that was built from packets of timtams for her birthday v-live and it made her so happy she almost cried

reacted to hongjoong’s cover of “black or white” during a solo v-live and teared up

when an atiny asked her to help with their maths homework during a v-live and she said “uh...i’m probably the last person you’d want to ask...”

cried during an inception music show performance because she got so into the performance; it scared atiny’s until she went on v-live explaining what happened

when she imitated seonghwa’s “num-num” and did the “ottoke” song on weekly idol and made everyone on and off set soft for her

when her and wooyoung both lost it when yeosang sucked on a piece of radish on weekly idol during a game

during a game on idol live tv, she caught wooyoung and yeosang copying the answer to the number of days since ateez’s debut from atiny’s live comments and subsequently changed her answer, unbeknownst to them

when even san didn’t want her to eat the “detergent hwachae” he, hongjoong, yeosang and mingi made on studiok

she ate it anyways and it was instant regret

when one atiny showed their cat during a video call with her and she went “CAT :D”

when she went on and on about her coffee preferences and opinions during a solo vlive without realising, and wooyoung had to call her for her to realise that she had been ranting about coffee for five minutes straight 💀

The two of you didn’t intend for it to happen. But the taste of champagne on Nayeon’s lips was just too much to resist. Your hands were intertwined with your girlfriend’s as all ten of you watched the t.v. screen. You all watched the clock count down as you and Nayeon looked at each other, “3...2...1! Happy New Year!” The ten of you all grabbed your partner as everyone’s lips met another’s: You with Nayeon, Jeongyeon with Jihyo, Mina with Momo, Sana with Dahyun, and finally Chaeyoung with Tzuyu. The sound of fireworks and music played from the speakers as everyone pulled away, well everyone but the two of you. The small kiss turned more heated as Nayeon swiped her tongue along your lower lip as she pulled you closer, moaning quietly as you nipped at her lip playfully. The two of you were completely lost in each other before Jihyo cleared her throat, effectively stopping the two of you, “Before you suck each other’s faces off. Get a room.” A heavy blush paints both of your cheeks as you rub the back of your neck awkwardly, “Heh...Happy New Year, everyone.”

Jeongyeon

“I’m not blushing!”

Jeongyeon wasn’t one for skinship outside of the privacy of your own home. But it was New Year’s, and she couldn’t have looked more beautiful. Both your group and Twice would be performing at the award show tonight and you couldn’t be happier as you watched your girlfriend. Anxiously waiting until all of the idols were gathered on stage to ring in the New Year. You could hear the MCs as they spoke, “Let’s go everyone! 3...2...1! Happy New Year!” Fireworks exploded as streamers rained from above. You ran from your group as you left the group hug and straight for Twice, “Jeongyeon!” Your girlfriend pulled away from the group hug of their own as she turned to face you, but before she could say anything your lips were on hers. As the two of your lips met everything and everyone seemed to fade away as you pulled Jeong closer, holding firmly at her hips as she wrapped her arms around your neck. You suddenly felt people separate the two of you as both Twice and your members looked in shock, “You know you two are still in public right?” You both hide your faces in your hands before you whisper in Jeongyeon’s ear, “I guess we’ll continue this later then.” Jeong slaps your arm as you laugh, moving back with your group as you wink at your girlfriend.

Momo

“Who said we were done?”

Your girlfriend was shameless. And that was just one of the many reasons you felt yourself fall harder for Hirai Momo that night. Twice and your members were all crammed into your guy’s dorm, deciding it would be fun to invite your girlfriend’s group over to the dorm for New Year’s; your members not missing how you smiled at the thought of kissing her at midnight, “Y/N, can you stop smiling for one second. We know you’re gonna kiss Momo Unnie.” You blushed at your member’s words as everyone laughed at your expense, “Well at least I have someone to kiss.” You stuck your tongue out as your member pouted making you laugh. “It’s almost time!” Sana screamed from the couch as she had her arms around Tzuyu’s neck. You all gathered together as you counted down, “5..4..3...2...1!” You turned to your girlfriend as you kissed her, her lips tasted of the wine she had drunk earlier, you smiled against her lips as you started to pull away, only to have Momo push you back with a hand behind your head deepening the kiss. “There are children present!” You two pulled away as Twice covered your members eyes, before your maknae spoke, “It’s nothing we haven’t seen before.” Earning laughter from all the women in the room.

Sana

“Happy New Year’s to you too, Jagi.”

Sana was always the one to fluster you. So you just thought it would be fitting to return the favor. You had to admit the two of you were feeling a little tipsy by the time midnight came around, leaning against each other as the members started the countdown, “...2...1! Happy New Year’s!” Twice cheered as they hugged, Sana smiled up at you as she connected your lips, you couldn’t help but smile against her as you deepened it. The two of you seemed to be in your own little world as you continued to kiss Sana, moving forward so that you were leaning on top of her. You smirked as you heard a small whimper slip past your girlfriend’s lips which made the rest of her member’s cringe as they put a stop to it, “Okay, that’s enough you two.” Jeongyeon looked down at the two of you as you blushed, “Sorry.” Momo just rolled her eyes as she smiled at her best friend, “Go use mine and Jeong’s room tonight. Go get some, Satang!” It was now Sana’s turn to blush as you laughed, dragging her up and toward the offered room. “If you get too loud you both are out of the dorm.” Jihyo crossed her arms, before you gave her a smug smile before you closed the door, “Says you.”

Jihyo (My personal favorite)

“Y/N, the others!”

Jihyo was the leader, an example of what idols should strive to be. But the second your tongue was in her mouth, all rational thoughts were thrown to the wind. You smiled as you and Jihyo stood with the rest of Twice on the dorm’s rooftop, overlooking the city as you listened to the New Year’s countdown on Nayeon’s phone. “Come on guys! It’s gonna start!” Nayeon’s voice pierced through the night as all ten of you went to the railing, “3...2..1! Happy New Year guys!” Nayeon laughed as she pecked Jeongyeon on the cheek, making the younger girl groan in disgust before she quickly returned the kiss much to Nayeon’s delight. You rolled your eyes as you looked to your girlfriend, Jihyo smiled as you brought her into a kiss. Your lips were warm against each other as you pulled her closer by her hips. Running your tongue along her lower lip as she let you enter her mouth, she hummed in delight as she rested her arms on your shoulders pulling you further into the kiss before her members started whistling and cheering. You both pulled away in embarrassment as Sana and Nayeon pouted at the both of you, “What the hell Jihyo! You’re allowed to make out with Y/N, but I’m not allowed to kiss you guys on your birthday?” Nayeon whined as she turned to Jeongyeon, “That is so unfair. Why do you get to have special privileges with Y/N?” Jihyo deadpanned at the eldest as she leaned against you, “Y/N, is my girlfriend.” Nayeon just rolled her eyes as she pulled Jeongyeon into a kiss on the lips, surprising the younger girl immensely, “So?” You laughed at the completely red face of the second eldest, “Looks like you have a long night ahead of you, Jeongyeon-ssi.”

Mina

“Y/N they’re staring.”

You were just too happy to finally see your girlfriend. Which led to the best, yet most embarrassing kiss of Mina’s life. Today was the day you had been waiting months for, the day you would finally be able to see Mina. The ten of you had made the trip to a park by their dorm to celebrate New Year’s, all going incognito as to not be spotted and bombarded with fans. You clutched Mina’s hand tightly as you guy’s walked around the festival, trying out various foods she had missed and occasionally dancing to a song or two of theirs or your group’s. You laughed as you all regrouped and waited for the countdown and fireworks, “10..9...8��” you looked at Mina as she watched all the people around you, you smiled at the fond look in her eyes as you whispered in her ear, “I love you, Minari.” The countdown got louder as Mina spoke, “I love you too, Y/N-chan.” The fireworks went off as the crowd cheered, “Happy New Year’s!” You grinned at Mina as she flashed you a gummy smile before you pulled her into a kiss. Taking the air out of her lungs as you pulled her closer, wanting nothing more than just staying in this moment. Until Chae coughed to break you apart, “Alright lovebirds. You two can finish this at the dorm. We’re still in public.” You laughed awkwardly as Mina hid her face in your neck, “Thanks Chaengie.” The younger girl smiled as she went back to Dahyun, sending you a wink, “No problemo.”

Dahyun

“This is definitely a New Year’s I won’t forget. Or one they’ll let me forget.”

Dahyun was the good church girl. But only when you weren’t grabbing her by the hips and kissing her against a wall. You and Dahyun watched the t.v. over her member’s heads as you guys stood at the back of the room. You guys smiled as you watched her members: Chaeyoung shamelessly flirting with Mina, Nayeon attempting to get Tzuyu’s attention, Momo nearly falling asleep on Jeongyeon, and Sana trying to convince Jihyo to kiss her. The two of you lean against the wall as the countdown starts playing through the t.v., “5..4..3...2..1, Happy New Year!” Dahyun smiles as she turns to kiss you, her arms wrapping around your neck as you push her against the wall. Your hands slide up and down her sides as you both continue to kiss. Her members whistling while some take a picture or video, “Hello? Earth to Dahyun and Y/N. We’re still here you know.” Sana says as she raises an eyebrow at the two of you. Dahyun slowly makes her way out from under you as her face burned with embarrassment, “Sorry.” Sana just rolls her eyes as she laughs, “At least you found someone who’s a good kisser. Eh, Y/N.” You look down as Sana laughs. This was one memorable New Year’s for sure.

Chaeyoung

“I love you too.”

This was the first New Year’s the two of you would share as a couple. So you wanted to make it as memorable for Chae as possible. Chaeyoung looked impatiently at the clock as she clung to your arm, “Why can’t it be midnight already?” You chuckle as you kiss Chae’s head, “Chill baby cub. You can just kiss me now if you want.” But Chaeyoung just shook her head as she watched the countdown become seconds, “I can wait.” You shrug as you hold her closer, “It’s almost time.” You could practically feel the excitement radiate off your girlfriend as her members began the countdown, “Thank you for everything this year, Y/N-ah.” You smile as the seconds begin to dwindle, “I wouldn’t have it any other way than with you by my side, Chaeyoungie.” As the words left your mouth her members shouted, “Happy New Year!” Chae took that as a cue as she pulled you into a kiss, you smiled at her excitement as you pulled her closer. Her members fell silent as they watched the two of you, “Chae, Y/N still needs air.” Jeong teased as Chaeyoung pulled away blushing, “I...I know that.” You smirk as you pull your girlfriend into a hug, “It didn’t seem like that a few seconds ago.” Chae groaned as she playfully hit your arm, “Who’s side are you on?”

Tzuyu

“Woah.”

Tzuyu was a girl of few words. But her actions definitely spoke a whole lot louder. You loved Tzuyu more than anyone you had ever been with in the past and you couldn’t help but feel your heart flutter every time you looked at her. And tonight was no different as you held onto her hand as you followed her members out of the convenience store for a late night snack run before midnight. But it seemed as though time had escaped you all as you looked at your phone: 23:56. There was no way you guys would be able to make it home in time, so you quickly found a live stream of the New Year’s program and began to play it as all the members began to say, ‘Thank you’ to one another. Finally, people started chanting the countdown through your phone as you all joined in, “3...2...1! Happy New Year!” Twice yelled into the early morning as they hugged each other, you joined before you pulled away to capture Tzuyu’s lips; surprising the girl before she melted into your embrace. The two of you continued the kiss without noticing it was turning into a make out session before Momo stopped you guys, “Okay, that’s enough of that for us.” You coughed awkwardly as you pulled away, your girlfriend’s face painted all shades of red making Nayeon laugh, “Aww is our Tzuyu blushing?” Tzuyu hid her face in your hair as she clung to your arm, you shook your head at Nayeon as you smiled whispering into your girlfriend’s ear, “Well you look really cute regardless. Happy New Year’s, Tzumong.” Tzuyu smiled as she hugged you again, “Happy New Year’s, Y/N-ah.”

A totally self indulgent compilation of my favorite works on this blog of the year June 13, 2019 - June 13, 2020

I wanted to do this for the blog's first anniversary but then completely forgot about it lol.

The following lists are all in chronological order according to the date each post was first published.

Top 10 panel edits:

#1: Don and Gilda - Chapter 138: Demon serch (1)

Date: Jun 14th, 2019

Time: ~ 1:30 h

My very first redraw from my very first edit posted here, so it deserves an honorable mention. Back then I was young and inexperienced, I didn't even apply a gray filter (lmao I was so unskilled I even unintentionally scratched the picture, I hadn't realized until today). I'm actually very happy my first redraw was of Don, boy deserves all the love.

#2: Emma and Ray - Chapter 140: I’m Here!

Date: Jun 28th, 2019

Time: ~ 1 h

Back then this looked like so much work to me!!! And to this day, I think it turned out pretty well. I'm particularly proud of how the bow turned out. This is one I was really proud of right after having finished it; it gave me the confidence to try redrawing bigger areas. Also, the edit were I first applied the opacity of layer / opacity of brush for the gray filter that would have stuck with me.

#3: Krone's birthday edit

Time: 15 mins

I don't know I just really like how Krone's hair vanish to a more sketch-like style here– and consequently, how I managed to replicate such effect. I think Krone's beautiful.

#4: Emma, Norman and Ray - Chapter 153: Coward

Date: Oct 4th, 2019

Time: 4:07 h (and 67 layers lmao)

Probably the single panel redraw I'm the most proud of. That Norman panel was beautiful and very poignant at the end of a chapter I adored, so I believe it deserved all the time I've spent working on it. It's far from being perfect - the back of his head is too plain, and the difference between my brushes and the original brushes is pretty visible - but I still like it very much and am extremely attached to it. The horn looks kinda big but I honestly believe it to be more of an issue with the original than with what I had redrawn lol. Funny enough, the whole picture didn't make it to the final edit and had to be trimmed.

#5: Full Score Trio - Chapter 154: A Breakthrough

I don't have a particular reason for this I just think Emma's hair turned out amazing. It took just half an hour and I didn't even use references like. Wow. @Redrawing skills where did you go please come back

#6: Mujika and Queen Legravalima - Chapter 158: The Reason I Was Born

Sis I love this so freaking much. The shift from redrawing almost exclusively people and clothes to redrawing this mess was so fun and refreshing. Even though it's a mess I think it turned out very clean and overall it looks beautiful? I remember after finishing this I felt so powerful, like now that I had redrawn this thing I would have been able to redraw anything I set my mind on lol.

#7: Emma - Chapter 161: Never Be Alone

Again no particular reason except this is a very cute Emma and I think the redraw turned out pretty well. There's this big lock on the left that doesn't make a lot of sense but overall I really like it. Cute Emma is cute, and I love her determination.

This is cool! I didn't know I could manage to draw this, but I did it! The feathers were particularly hard to clean but I think they turned out fine.

#10: Full Score Trio - Chapter 174: A New World (part 1)

I just think they're very pretty? I can't understand if I like Ray's face a lot, or not at all, but I think overall there was a lot to redraw and it turned out pretty cute! Sorry Gillian.

(Also insert pretty much every panel from the chapter 177 Isabella edit– I've spent so many hours on basically every panel there's no way I could choose only one).

The very first edit I'm actually proud of; I'm really attached to it. It's the first edit I had put all of my effort into, and I remember feeling anxious people would have left it without notes. It kinda feels weird to think about it now, because I really don't care about notes anymore; yet, it somehow makes me happy to think that past-me wasn't let down. Thank you @neverlandstrio for your support, you may not remember but it really meant a lot to me back then! And it still makes me smile. You're the best!!!!!!

#2: Mujika and Queen Legravalima - Chapter 158: The Reason I Was Born

Date: Nov 20th, 2019

Complessive time: 7:12+ hours

This whole edit was an hella wild ride. It's midnight before a school day, when I think: "Mh, it's been a while since I last made an edit, why not make one about Musica and the queen from the last chapter?" And seven hours after this was born. I'm particularly proud of the queen's redraws on the 3rd, 7th and 9th picture (ofc), the areas which have been redrawn are pretty huge yet I think the difference with the original is almost impossible to notice?? @Redrawing skills where did you go please come back (part 2)

#3: Emma - Chapter 174: A New World (part 1)

Date: Apr 12th, 2020

Complessive time: 6:53+ h

I think the panels that were selected work very well together, especially considering the close-up / full body alternation. I love Emma, and I've always been kinda sad noticing that edits that focus one her take the less notes... She deserves all the love. Also, fun fact: for the last but one panel, I had redrawn Emma's whole left ear before remembering she doesn't have one, so I had to redraw the panel from the start. Besides from the error with the ear, the reason why this (and all the others after) took so long is because official panel take way longer to clean.

#4: Isabella and her children - Chapter 177: Mother

Date: May 22nd, 2020

Lmao tbh I can't understand how this has so few notes it's like. Technically speaking, probably the best edit I've ever done. I don't even like Isabella that much, I haven't got the slightlest idea why I decided to spend so many hours on this. Anyway, I find the composition (full body on the left / headshots on the right) really good looking in this as well! And I think the redraws turned out fine, especially Isabella's.

#5: The Promised Neverland manga ending countdown→ 1/7 chapters: chapter 1 - Grace Field House

I don't know how I came up with that idea for the composition but I find it really beautiful??? I think it does a pretty good job conveying the sudden, terrific shift of atmosphere from the first chapter, and I think that sharp bridge is very nice. I'm very, very proud of this.

Honorable mention #1: Full Score Trio - Chapter 154: A Breakthrough

Complessive time: 3:44+ h (+ 1:13 h of working on a panel that ultimately didn't make it to the final edit)

A very good chapter, and the edit turned out surprisingly amazing??? All the redraws look great and make it almost impossible to distinguish them from the original; honestly I feel like I'll never be able to redraw so neatly again lol.

Honorable mention #2: Don and Gilda (+ Norman) - Chapter 160: Shackles

Complessive time: 3:14+ h

That one is really one of my favorite scenes; I'm telling you peoples, Gilda and Don are a blessing to the earth. I think I've never mentioned it, but Gilda's hair is a nightmare to redraw??? More specifically, it takes me h o u r s to fill the texture without making it look too weird, it's the worst.

Honorable mention #3: Norman and Ray - Chapter 179: Compensation

Complessive time: 4:16+ h

I was so glad to finally be able to make a Norman / Ray edit, and it turned out it was just in time before the series' finale. I like how it turned out and I'm pretty satisfied with the redraws (even though my sister helped me with the lineart of some panels - it was exams time and I really couldn't afford to spend more time on it), too bad we didn't have more chapters that focused on the boys. Ray sweetie one day I'll fix your ear it's just today's not that day.

Btw, I justed realized I have never done an Emma / Norman centered edit? I'll have to make one eventually. I remember considering focusing on them alone for the chapter 154 one, but then I thought "even if the manga is gonna ignore Ray, I will chose to do not" lol.

I just had really a lot of fun doing it. I love putting all the little things to their own place, it's so calming to do and that's why I love making this kind of things. It was so nice of them to add what they had noticed to come up with more exact conclusions, that's one of the things I love the most about the internet.

I REALLY LOVE IT! I mean it *was* kinda stressing to note everything, but it was very also very satisfying to see everything methodically divided and organized! And it's not just that– it's also the fact that it looks good. That's one post I have fun rereading because it's actually pretty! Also, even though it can be very stressing to learn to use new programs and sites, it's always very satisfying to look at the final result. Again, I really adore compiling these tiny little details! I would love to make more posts of that kind if i had the time.

#3: The Promised Neverland musicals headcanons

I mean it's literally. Putting my two favorite fandoms together how could I not love it. This is another one I really enjoy rereading, I find all the musical / character associations so fitting! I really want to make a second part, I hope to find some time to do it.

It's always nice to put down all your thoughts regarding a particular matter. It can take a lot of time (at least for me it does because... I need time to think about things), but it's so satisfying to see all of them there once you're done. Bonus points when, like in this case, it was something asked by someone else because “Wow! Somebody wants to hear my opinion on this subject! I'm flattered (◍•ᴗ•◍)”

#5: Some other considerations on the series' finale and Emma sacrificing herself

Pretty much the same as above. It's like some kind of clarity when the post is done and signed. Another fun fact, I had to censore the post a lot; the first version was extremely sharp and harsh, but I believe it's right to express your opinions calmly and politely.

Hell hath no fury like a teenager scorned...

It's a long story, spans years of time. ~~~Cue hazy flashback to 1997/8~~~

Growing up, my family ran a business dealing with water and wastewater pumps. By the time I was in high school, I worked for them outside of school as needed, and I'd grown up around the industry. At the time of this story I was 16, maybe 17. I got a few funny looks out in the field sometimes, but normally wasn't a problem, this time, it was.

Many sales they make do are bids. You go to the builders exchange, which is basically a library for plans and blueprints. You pull the plans, get to the part applicable to you, and see what they want or need. Then you submit a price you think will win you the job.

Many times the plans will actually specify a model that meets their needs, in which case you bid that or a comparable one. Other times, they will give specifications and selection and matching is up to you, going through books and software for curves (chart that shows how it flows under load).

This time was the former. The job is a retrofit/expansion on the city plant. The engineer had specified a model of pump he wanted, and I'd matched it's specs. Put in a submittal for approval on the substitution as required. It gets approved and we are cleared to enter a bid.

We proceed forward putting together the bid. At one point, I have the plans in front of me and I'm looking at the drawings. I don't like what I'm seeing, which is a lot of pipe and a lot of distance. I check and recheck and come up with the same result. The total head (head is how far you're pumping, calculated by distance and including losses from the pipe) is too much for the pump that was specified, way too much. This puts the pump way outside it's curve, it's going to be deep into overload.

I used my corrected numbers and found a proper match, but not only was it significantly more expensive, but physically different, would require large revisions. So I put together a revised submittal with the numbers I ran, and the recommended pump. It included the math from the drawings and the curves. Faxed it over to the engineers office, then I called him.

It did not go well. Not only did he not listen to me, he was more than happy to lecture me. How dare I, a kid, tell him how to do his job. No, he would not accept any revisions or resubmittals, I had no idea what I was talking about and I, personally, was no longer to have contact on this project. He did not use nice words.

This couldn't stand, it was going to cause serious problems down the line. So I did the only thing I could think of, I found the contact for city planning and told him. Made it about three minutes into trying to explain who I was and why I was calling before he cut me off and told me to refer to Engineer and not to contact him again. Tried again for someone else later, did not make it past receptionist.

As. You. Wish.

I took the revised submittal and filed it in the back of the job file and moved on. (I wasn't needed for the rest and I had other things to do, plus school)

Fast forward almost two years, now going to college, still working for my folks as needed. Construction complete, get called in for startup. Goes smoothly as it should, and the countdown to destruction begins.

I think the first one went after about three months? Only made it that long because those pumps are very well built. Emergency ship in a replacement. Second one a week or three after, then another, and another, then the replacements start failing. The whole time, these are being invoiced including emergency shipping, and having to run out to start them up every time. They have no choice, THIS is the model the pads were cast for and the piping run for. You can't directly substitute something else, like, say, the correct pumps.

Then it gets really fun. They start returning the burnt out units for warranty.

The factory starts receiving these and tearing them down for failure analysis. I told our rep straight up that they were being run way outside their design point knowingly, he was not amused. Warranty is denied and they are billed for the diagnostic time and shipping. Manufacturer was in Germany by the way (shout out to the fine folks at KSB, love ya). These units are neither small, nor light. Plus these are being shipped as emergency orders. It's not cheap.

Warranties officially denied to the buyer. We tell them in no uncertain terms that this isn't a problem with the units. (this is now almost a year after the plant was due to come online)

Now the shit has really hit the fan. City council gets involved, because this is a municipal plant. Lawsuits are threatened, and a council meeting is scheduled to discuss further action.

I marked the day, and arranged with my teachers to take a few days off (didn't live close to home). Drove 3 1/2 hours to see my parents, and, to visit their filing cabinet. Right where I left it. Out came the revised submittal, and a quick trip to Kinkos (local copy shop) provided some wonderful blown up posters of said submittal as well as the proofs behind it.

The next day, I drove another 2 1/2 hours up to said City, had a lovely meatball sandwich at a restaurant right across the street from the council building and showed up to the council meeting. I even dressed up nice for the occasion.

I didn't say anything to anyone, just sat in the back in my chair with my rolled up posters next to me and waited. Took about forty minutes.

The council finally brings up the plant. Guess who comes up to testify in front of the council? It's Engineer.

He goes on for about ten minutes talking shit about our company and how we are denying the warranties. Basically states that the problem is due to the substitution and that our pumps were substandard.

This is a loss now counted in the millions between the downtime and replacement costs and rejected warranties, labor etc. Council swallows his bullshit hook, line and sinker. He sits down and the council starts discussing among themselves. This is my cue.

I stand up, approach the podium, and wait for them to notice me, doesn't take long as I'm a teenager in a city council meeting. I introduce myself and unroll the posters.

Me: Hi! I'm Crispy Silicon from Goingtoruinyourfuckingday! Before you proceed any further, you should probably have a look at this, which is the revised submittal I sent to Engineer prior to the initial bid. You'll note the date. Also attached you'll find the supporting calculations, relevant drawings from the original plans, and the recommendation of a larger suitable unit. You'll also see the fax acknowledgement sheet, showing it was received by his office.

Me: Immediately after sending that, I contacted Engineer directly and advised him of these issues. He declined, I was told outright to keep my nose out of things I didn't understand and to leave engineering to the adults. He was well aware the units would self destruct if run at this point.

Me: After that I called your planner, who refused to listen, and referred me back to Engineer.

Me: If you'd like, I'd be more than willing to contact our phone provider, so they can verify that fax and those calls were placed?

I'm grinning like the Cheshire Cat at this point and I'm not holding back the evil one bit. I'm sure I looked like a psychopath, couldn't help it, also didn't care.

Dead. Fucking. Silence.

Me: So yeah, the warranties are void as all of the units were operated well beyond their design point. I still stand by the revised submittal, so feel free to call when you're ready. I'll leave these here.

Still completely silent. The entire council looks like I just dropped my pants and mooned them. Then after a few seconds, one of the ladies on the council gave me a "Thank you Mr. Silicon. You can go."

I left my posters on the podium, turned and walked, made full eye contact with Engineer as long as I could with that same grin. He looked like he was probably going to vomit, didn't stick around to check.

Stopped by to give my folks a hug on the way back to school and that was the end of my involvement.

No idea what happened to Engineer or Planner, but the City paid every invoice in full without another peep. They had continue to purchase replacement after replacement to limp it along while simultaneously trying to re-refit the plant. They finally got it fixed after about another year, but by that time, I can't even imagine how far over the projected estimate they were.

hey, remember that countdown?

probably not. but it’s important to me. do you know why? well, it’s because it was the number of chapters i had left to finish draft one.

and i finally completed it.

yup. zero. zip. nada. i’m done writing draft one, and i am freaking out. 105 623 words later, here i am.

i typed in the final word on the document, and the moment i realized it, i began to cry. i know—kinda silly. but i couldn’t help it. Project: Easton’s first draft, which i’ve been working on for the past year (technically two and a half if you count when the idea emerged), is finally done.

this is a huge step for me. it really feels like i’ve done something, that this past year hasn’t been for nothing. and it’s even more special to me—it’s the first book i’ve ever written.

i’m so, so thankful that i had the opportunity and the support i needed to finish this, especially from writeblr. without you guys, i never would have done it. so i owe you my thanks! <3

there are just a few i’d like to mention.

i’d like to give a special shoutout to @quilloftheclouds, who really was the person who, on writeblr, really gave me the motivation to write as much as i could. they really tried to get to know my characters and my story, and i love them for that. thank you so much.

End of 365 Days of Dragons Countdown.

I did it! :D

Three hundred and sixty five dragon drawings later and HTTYD 3: The Hidden World is finally out and about. :’) I’ve had the chance to sit and go through all the lovely messages and honestly my heart is so so full. I’m really glad that you enjoyed the countdown as much as I had fun doing it (perhaps more fun than I lol)! Thank you guys so much, if I had the time to reply to all separately I would, but thank you. Thank you so much for your support and all the love. <3

Now what?

Lol, well.. I don’t plan to quit drawing HTTYD stuff forever or anything. Now that the countdown IS over, I have the time to draw the fanart I’ve been holding out on doing, such as certain D3 spoilers. :)

I recently had an idea for a little httyd project I’d love to play with over the summer and if I go through with it that is something you’ll see here. Also, if you guys remember my httyd ocs Dawn and Dusk, I have been itching to draw more of them since last year and I’m debating on attempting a fan-comic including them at some point. If you’re interested in their story maybe ya can hang around and see how writing the beginning of their story helps me cope with the end of Hiccup and Toothless’s lol XD

Of course there are other things outside of httyd I finally have time to work on as well, but this blog is for httyd art and I don’t plan on it going anywhere anytime soon. No more daily drawing posts, that’s true.. but any future httyd fanart/oc-related things will be posted here. So if you’ll have me, maybe you’ll stick around.

OH--! Also, commissions.. I’ve gotten a few of questions about those, and I think I’ve finally mustered the guts to try and open those but I’ll keep you posted when that officially happens. Weekly Recap #56 (November 19 – November 25, 2018)

It’s already the last week of the comeback promotions! The time flew by so fast, but we had an amazing time together with TWICE once again! The performances at music shows were so exciting to watch and their live vocals were unbelievable!

Here’s what happened this week:

November 19 - Right at the wee hours of Monday morning, IU’s #1 fan Nayeon uploaded an IG story proudly showing her IU lightstick together with a fan of IU. Later that day, Korean news pages reported about TWICE’s appearance at IU’s concert.

The 3rd episode of TWICE TV YES or YES was released today as well: This time the whole episode was about Momo.

Momo and Sana also posted some pictures on IG, they are getting prettier and prettier with each day~

The day ended with a Vlive preview of Chaeyoung attending Dispatch Christmas ‘Maknae Line’ tomorrow!

November 20 - Tuesday started with us being blessed by Naver releasing pictures from the M/V making!

The Mnet Asian Music Awards released their first relay quiz featuring TWICE as well.

Paper Magazine also released an article about how TWICE went bold!

Moreover, Chaeyoung went live on Vlive with maknaes from other girl groups for Dispatch’s Maknae Christmas Party!

Once again, Jihyo, Chaeyoung and Sana uploaded some new posts on IG! Aren’t they all pretty?

Later at midnight TWICE released a Twiceland movie preview for the upcoming release in Korean cinemas and it looks so awesome!

November 21 - TWICE received their 4th win with YES or YES today at MBC Show Champion and they deserve it so much!

M2 released the YES or YES selfie M/V as well and there is just nothing more beautiful than seeing TWICE up-close~

November 22 - Now that this year is about to end, TWICE finally showed us some previews for their 2019 Season’s Greetings which is called “The Roses” and we must say that TWICE are even more beautiful than any rose to exist!

The day then started off with yet another episode of TWICE TV “Yes or Yes” featuring Sana!

Just a bit later it was announced on TWICE’s Japanese Twitter Account that they will be appearing at the Youtube Fanfest on December 11 at Makuhari Messe in Japan.

They posted a preview picture for the pre-order of the Season Greetings at midnight. Is your wallet ready?

November 23 - TWICE went out today for the KBS Music Bank prerecording at 2:30PM which was broadcasted later at 5:00PM where they were able to achieve #2! They are doing great despite a month packed with anticipated releases!

MBC Show Champion released a photo of the girls posing with their trophy from Wednesday and they look so happy with it!

Moreover, there were more photos of TWICE uploaded on Naver but this time during TWICE’s comeback stage at M Countdown!

TWICE also updated us with videos on IG while they are in the waiting room at Music Bank!

Later that day, M2 finally released the M/V Commentary for the YES or YES music video and it is so much fun to watch!

November 24 - On Saturday, TWICE’s schedule just consisted of their fansign at Hyundae Department U-Plex Jade hall which Tzuyu was sadly not able to attend due to her health condition! Get well soon Tzuyu!

Throughout and after the fansign, Chaeyoung, Momo (1) (2), Nayeon, and Jihyo updated us on IG by showing off Once and the gifts they’ve received at the fansign.

They also revealed a more detailed preview of the 2019 Season’s Greetings!

November 25 - The week is about to end already and with it, another era is about to end. Today is TWICE’s goodbye stage for their promotions at SBS Inkigayo where they changed their OK pose at the end of the song to a finger heart!

They were able to end this amazing era on a high note by getting #2!

The girls also went on Vlive during their free time and we were able to see their dorky and funny side once again.

After the music show, the girls had their last fansign at Glad Hotel and this time Tzuyu was able to participate again! We’re happy that she was able to recover fast!

Once again, the members (1) (2) went to Instagram and updated photos and videos of themselves thanking ONCE for their constant support throughout Yes or Yes era!

Even after their schedule, Momo decided to go on Vlive where she watched entries for her dance challenge she announced at the end of last week and she had so much fun watching ONCE dancing to YES or YES!

This day marks the end of this era, but don’t be sad! Another era will come soon and it will just be as amazing as this one was!

PARTY ENDS 12AM sori pplz mama/papa gots to sleep " As a result of breaking the Golden Rule, the first of rules that had been posted in advance in our private Facebook event, we have been declaratively kicked out. R sneaks in a vomit-session before embarking on our expedition to the nearest boba place that would tolerate the ruckus from 4 hobbling pairs,2 observers, other stragglers lost on the way. It's supposedly a 40 minute walk to TenRen but time doesn't exist when you're trying to stop waddling kids from veering into oncoming traffic.The ranking of most drunk to least goes like this:

Unfortunately, those burdened with not being shit-faced have been assigned the lovely task of cleaning up spilled drinks (a fizzy coca-cola liter erupts two times, same girl, same stumble, twice the sticky), being a branch for others to hang onto, and emotionally supporting the less-fortunate drunks.

Breaking down the Hot Mess:

S and E pour up as if the red cups in their hands are the equivalent of shot-glasses—this measurement is obviously incredibly off and perhaps the reason why one of them surpasses their breaking point (the other will throw up the remaining Malibu/ Smirnoff in a public trashcan in Atlantic Times Square) But for now, they're hyper, happy, laughing drunks, prancing along the host's bedroom and clinging along people in their path and tearing themselves off like pinballs.

S: Everything seems to be funny. Affectionate & eerily giggly. The next moment she's crying into the host's bed, facedown, emitting ugly sobs through convulses of her body. J is at her side telling her she can't cry into the host's bed and that she'll find someone else who will make her happy, but she has to get up first. She replies with," FUCK HIM!! I NEED HIM! HE MADE ME HAPPY!" This must've been inevitable. Don't drink in the same room with your ex. Another moment, she's pounding on the bathroom door because she has to pee. We broke the first rule. The host's mom comes out of her room later to see what the commotion is all about. She enters the room. Girl on bed, facedown, crying. Guy talking her down. R, taking a lazy nap on the side. Me, standing up with tissues stained coke-brown, red-faced, with my dumb nosering on looking into the eyes of someone that has known me since I was 10. She's on the phone and looks around the room. Concern or anger? I can't tell. I say in Cantonese that everything is fine. She is fine. I don't know how to say "she's not drunk! ! she's heartbroken" but the smell of the room betrays any statement. Kick-out ensues.

E: This happened last time and she always proclaims the day after: "I wasn't that drunk!" The girl has lost all principles of momentum and flops on people's shoulders, anchoring her arm around necks. She drinks the same amount as S + the leftover bottle of Malibu. Her layer of introversion is gone as she lunges around the room with cup in hand. On our way to boba in the dark, she strides in zig zags with confident, imprecise steps. R runs after her.

KC: Her original state is a high-pitched buzz of energy and it seems like alcohol multiplies that tenfold. She whacks S's left eye with her hand on accident. E whacks S's right eye with her foot on accident. She calls E fat and then apologizes. Later, she cries because she is sad. She loves everyone. She loves you. She loves her friends. She loves everyone, especially you. S, E, and KC are trio drunks. KC and I started out next to eachother drinking Calpico. I can't pinpoint when the trajectory split.

Q: She is a flirty, artificial drunk and at this point I'm over it. I saw the same thing unfold in Berkeley except with her boyfriend added into the equation. Not fun. Everyone else ignores her. She lays on the bed texting him.

R: R is a sleepy-drunk and he's knocked out first. I'm not sure how he was able to sleep through the loud singing of the national anthem and random indian music someone put on. I tell wide-eyed observers that this is signs of an alcoholic in the making. He pets S's hair as she cries into neatly folded blankets. On our way to boba I've been tasked with handling his inhibition. I am his crutch for the first half. The second half he is pushing me in an abandoned shopping cart and topples it over a bump in the sidewalk. My backpack, thankfully, protects my head from cracking open like an egg. Later on he grips my balled up hand and tries to unfold my fingers forcefully as if he could peel them out of the curled fist position. His hands feel like demands instead of sheepish drunk maneuvers. They don't feel sweaty but they're not warm either. We can't do this. New Years I had decided that I was sick of cleaning up after sick people and decided that it was up to me to be the agent of my own shitface-ness. I arrive an hour before countdown. Early enough to not be missing out on the fun but late enough to have enough of it. I hadn't gone to this point before of not being able to coordinate the joints in my legs and how they are supposed to move together. I feel like a mannequin moving the different wooden blocks of my body. My cruise through the living room is stop-motion movement at 6 frames per second. I ask KG if that means I have meningitis and if that means I will die because I heard from my sister some girl when she was in highschool shared drinks, caught some virus and forgot how to walk afterwards. I took the shots and I also took shots, so do these shots cancel out?? My heart is beating so fast? Will I die? These are fleeting worries as I engage in a heavily regulated sequence of sitting on the floor, mulling on my phone, and sashaying across MR's house to the beat of the music with a cup of water and Soju in my hands for optimal simultaneous intake. I love MR's floor. I could have a ball in here. Loopy thoughts in my head spill out of my drink. I love that drunk words and actions never mean anything. I'm seated next to D in the kitchen under dim lights when I blurt out that I hate f***ots. I'm laughing and laughing and Laughing and Sipping on my Cup. D laughs along in shock and tells me to stop. I lazily say I must be projecting.

(12) J envelopes me in a big bear hug he has a knack for doing and I don't understand why he is hugging me when he does not even know me. I'm being consoled as I empty my lungs in gasping heaves. ~20 years ago~

A pair of twins was born into the world, Choi (Y/N) and Choi Seungcheol. A pair of twins 5 minutes apart. Seungcheol was the younger twin and (Y/N) was the older twin, but, Seungcheol always acted like the older twin, he protected his sister from bullies and from boys who would go after her, he chased them all away. He took up taekwondo along with his sister and even though she was more skilled than him but he always wanted to protect her, but then, he left to pursue his dream, becoming an idol.

He trained for days, weeks, months and years to accomplish his dream. You, as his sister, supported him, helped him through tough times. You went to school and completed middle school and high school and you were in your second year of college majoring in (Subject).

~How You Met Seventeen @ 19 years old~

You were on your way home when you got a phone call from Seungcheol.

(Y/N): Yeoboseyo?

Seungcheol (S): Ne, Yeoboseyo noona.

(Y/N): What do you want Seungcheol?

S: I forgot my lunch at home, could you get it for me please?

You got it as a gift from your parents on your 18th birthday from your parents, last year. You got home in 10 minutes and went inside to see your brother’s lunch on the dining table. You walked to Pledis holding 2-3 bags and Seungcheol’s lunch. You went to the lady at the front desk, “Um, annyeonghaseyo. I’m Seungcheol’s noona. I was wondering where his practice room was. He called me to bring his lunch.” You said. “Ah, (Y/N) right? Seungcheol told me. Go up the lift to the 3 floor and it’s the 3rd room.” She said smiling. “Ne, kamsakhmnida unnie.” You bowed and followed her directions.

You knocked on the door and a boy with long hair answered the door, “Annyeonghaseyo.” You both said bowing a bit. He opened the door to let you in, you nod your head in thanks and walked in, Seungcheol saw you and ran over, “Gomawoyo noona!” Seungcheol said. “Ne, are they your members?” You asked. “Ne, line up!” Seungcheol yelled and everyone lined up in a line.

“Everyone, this is my twin sister, she’s older than me by 5 minutes which means she’s our noona.” Seungcheol said introducing you, “Annyeonghaseyo, I’m Choi (Y/N). I’m Seungcheol’s noona. Nice to meet you.”

“Well, we’ll go in order of oldest to youngest. I’m Choi Seungcheol, call me S.Coups. I’m born on the 8th of August 1995. I’m the oldest and leader of Seventeen and the Hip-Hop Unit.”

“I’m Yoon Jeonghan, call me Jeonghan. I’m born on the 4th of October 1995. I’m part of the Vocal Team.”

“I’m Hong Jisoo, but call me Joshua. I’m born on the 30th of December 1995. I’m part of the Vocal Team.”

“I’m Wen Jun Hui, but call me Jun. I’m Chinese. I’m born on the 10th of June 1996. I’m part of the Performance Team.”

“Annyeonghaseyo! We are Seventeen!” They said together. “Waah, what a unique group.” You complimented. “Oh, I’ve bought drinks and snacks for everyone on the way here.” You said holding the bag up. The boys ran to you and gave you a hug and grabbed the food shouted smiling, “Gomawoyo noona!” You smiled back and thought, ‘I feel so old now.’

The meeting formed a new friendship between Seventeen and S.Coups’ sister. Throughout the year you met After School, who became great friends, almost sisters, they treated you like a younger sister. You met Nu’est who became great friends, they treated you like a younger sister, all but one, someone you wished to become something more with. The CEO knew of your existence and didn’t mind you hanging out with his idols and he treated you like a daughter, and in return, he was like a father figure to you and you also helped them model for certain things or appear as a guest in MV’s.

Then a year later Seventeen debuted with Adore U composed by Woozi and choreographed by Hoshi.

~Present Time~

You were now backstage at M! Countdown! In Seventeen’s room watching them perform onstage. When they finished their comeback song, ‘Mansae’. The song was really exciting and you were very excited for their comeback stage and you knew they worked very hard for their comeback. Woozi worked for days to write the song and work on the music. Hoshi stayed up late to choreography the song. The rappers stayed up late to work on their raps. The members practice from early in the morning until the next morning practicing their dance and vocal skills.

Then, they finally had their comeback on September 10th. Then after they performed they ran backstage to where you were waiting, they pulled you into a group hug laughing and smiling widely. “That was awesome!” You exclaimed. You were all talking and laughing when after a while Seventeen were called back onstage for them to announce the winner, even though Seventeen didn’t win they were still very happy and excited.

After they were getting their make-up removed and changing back into their normal clothes. You were talking to the members and responding to the messages when you got a message from Ren.

*Convo Starts*

Ren (R): Noona! :D

(Y/N): What is it? :D

R: Can we hang out tomorrow?

(Y/N): Uhh, sure

R: Great! I’ll pick you up at 12 noon

(Y/N): Okay! :D

Then you turned off your phone. You didn’t notice the room’s gone quiet until you put your phone away. “What?” You asked finally noticing the quietness. “Who were you texting?” S.Coups asked. “A friend…” You answered. “Yeoja or Namja?” S.Coups asked. “Why does it matter? I’m older than you, is that how you speak to someone older than you?” You asked rhetorically. “I know, but I’m still worried about you, you may be older, but you’re still a girl.” S.Coups said looking down. You got up and put your hand on his head, “I’m know Seungcheol-ah. If I ever need your help, I’ll come to you. Don’t worry.” You said smiling, he smiled back at you. “Ren asked me if I wanted to hang out tomorrow and I said sure.” You said. “Ren sunbaenim asked you out on a date.” Seungkwan said. “What? No! We’re just hangout as friends!” You exclaimed turning red, truth was, you wish was Seungkwan said was real because you had a crush on him but, he was younger than you and you didn’t think he’d date someone older, even though you’re only a couple months apart. “Okay~.” Seventeen said dragging the word out. “Yah!”

~Next Day~

You woke up at 10am and washed up and got dressed and put your make up on and finished at 11:00. You wore a (F/C) cropped top with (F/C) shorts with a (F/C) jacket/cardigan and a pair of (F/C) vans/converse. You had on light make-up and a nude colored lipstick. You brushed your hair out and let it down. You grabbed your bag and you went downstairs. You grabbed some bread to make toast with jam and made a cup of coffee/chocolate/cappuccino. When you finished you watched T.V and then the bell rang. You got up, grabbed your house keys and opened the door and there stood Ren wearing a white top with black skinny jeans and black shades. “Annyeong.” You greeted as you got out. “Annyeonghaseyo noona.” Ren greeted smiling. “So, where are we going today?” You asked as you both walked to his car. He opened the door for you to get in then walked to the driver’s side to get in. “Hmm, let’s go to the park and take a walk around then have a picnic later.” Ren answered. “Okay…Wait, you prepared a picnic?” you asked. “Ne, it’s to make up for missing your birthday.” Ren answered not taking his eyes of the road. “What about Seungcheol?” You asked. “I got Seungcheol hyung something already.” Ren answered. “Ah, okay.” And the rest of the car drive were the two of you talking about random things.

~At the Park~

The two of you arrived at the park and Ren took the picnic basket out and you were both walking together and hand in hand while Ren held the basket. Ren was a couple of centimetre taller than you so the two of you looked like a couple walking on a date having a picnic. You then were started to get hungry so Ren decided to find a place to sit and enjoy the picnic. He set out the picnic blanket and the two of you were eating when an old couple walked past, “I remember when you and I were like that, going on picnic dates, we were so young.” The old lady said chuckling as he husband held her close smiling. The two of you overheard her and blush.

Then after, the two of you packed up and were about to go home since it was getting late, Ren suddenly got down on one knee, “Noona, I know we haven’t known each other for very long but, will you please go out with me?” Ren asked holding a couple’s ring. “Yes!!” You shouted jumping into his arms the people around you were clapping and Ren slipped the ring into your finger, then, he slammed his lips against yours, stealing your first kiss.

~The News~

The news of you two spreading, spread like a wild fire, it was the top news in South Korea. Many fans congratulated the two of you but there were still many fans who didn’t like you.

S.Coups and the members of Seventeen gave Ren a warning even though he was their sunbae he was quite frighten, then again, there were 13 boys there, it’d intimidate anyone. The members of Nu’est and Jason (Nu’est M) gave him the same warning. The members of After School gave him the same warning. Along with (Y/N)’s family and the mangers and the company’s CEO.

~1 Year Later~

Ren and (Y/N) have been together for one year and they were still deeply in love but then, one day, Ren got a voice message that made his whole world come falling and crashing down.

‘Mianhaeyo Ren, but, I’m breaking up with you. By the time you hear this message I would’ve already been gone. Don’t go looking for me. It’s not your fault, it’s mine. I just can’t do it anymore. Move on, find another girl that can give you something I can’t. You won’t be able to find me, Seungcheol doesn’t know and neither do my family. I’m sorry, to tell you this way Ren-ah. But remember, it’s isn’t your fault. Also tell everyone I said goodbye and that I’m sorry. Saranghae.’

Ren was with his members and had he had his phone on speaker so everything was heard, his member’s eyes widen and they were all panicking. Ren immediately tried to call her but the line didn’t connect, ‘I’m sorry but this number does not exist.’ The Nu’est member ran to Seventeen’s practice room bursting in the room frightening their hoobaes. “IS (Y/N) HERE?!” They exclaimed. “A-Aniyo. I haven’t seen her ever since our last photo shoot which was 2 weeks ago. Why? Did something happen to noona?!” S.Coups exclaimed. Ren crashed down on his knees sobbing, Nu’est tried to comfort him while Seventeen were standing there shocked. Ren handed S.Coups his phone and S.Coups put the voice message on speaker letting everyone hear it.

When the message played Ren cried louder and the members were so shocked, after the voice message S.Coups suddenly ran, he ran to his sister’s apartment to where his parents were staying at while they were in Seoul. The Seventeen members and Nu’est members followed him to the apartment only to find it empty apart from the furniture. Everything that belonged to (Y/N) was gone and on the table was a note.

‘I’m sorry that you had to find out this way. I’m no longer in South Korea. I’ve already left a week ago. Don’t look for me. We’ll meet again one day and I’ll tell you why. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you early. Saranghae. I promise we’ll meet again. Saranghae.

Everyone broke down, all 18 boys broke down crying. To Ren, it was the worst thing that’s ever happened in his life. All contact was lost there was no way of contacting (Y/N).

Everyone was quite upset and many of the fans were upset to hear that Ren and (Y/N) broke up. Fans around the world tried to look for her but not a trace. No one could find her, even some sasaengs or former sasaengs tried to track her down but it was impossible, it was like she vanished of the face of earth or as she never existed in the first place.

Ren never found a girl to stand in her place, he never dated another girl. He fell into deep depression where the group went on hiatus.

~2 Years Later~

Still, 2 years later, not a word from (Y/N) when one day, Seventeen, After School, Nu’est and the CEO were in a meeting, Ren’s phone rang, he looked at his phone to see it was S.Coups’ mother. “Who is it?” The CEO asked. “Seungcheol hyung’s eomma.” Ren answered. Everyone looked confused including the CEO who motioned for him to answer his phone. He answered the phone and put it on speaker.

*Start phone call*

Ren (R): Yeoboseyo?

Seungcheol’s Mum (SM): Minki-ah, its Seungcheol’s eomma.

R: Ne, eommoni, what is it that you need?

SM: Minki…(Y/N) contacted me.

Ren & Everyone: MWO?!

SM: She contacted me yesterday.

R: Can I talk to her?

SM: I’m afraid that’s not possible

R: Huh? Wae?

SM: She’s gone…She’s dead

R: What?! That’s impossible

SM: She left because she had cancer, a brain tumor. She went to America for treatment, and it didn’t work, it was her last day yesterday. Her body’s being shipped over here within the week. I was just going to invite everyone to her funeral, she’s also got a couple of letters for everyone. *close to tears* But there’s something you should all know. Before (Y/N) died, she was pregnant, with Ren’s child, a baby boy named (B/N). He’s almost 2 years old now and we’re having him fly over with (Y/N)’s body.

R: I have a son…and she didn’t tell me…*crying and members calming him down*

S.Coups: *silence* Ne, gomawo umma. We’ll all go and we’ll take care of my nephew.

SM: Ne, gomawo Seungcheol. I’ll see you then

R: Ne, annyeong.

SM: Annyeong.

*End of call*

The phone call ended and there was silence in the air, tears streamed down their faces, the CEO held his tears back while his artists let their tears fall down their faces. “She’s gone…she never told me she was pregnant…she had to go through all of that because of me…” Ren shouted to himself crying. “She’s gone…she’s gone…and she never told me.” S.Coups cried as Jeonghan tried to calm him down.

~Couple of Days Before the Funeral~

It was a couple of days before the funeral and Nu’est and Seventeen went to Daegu to pick up Ren’s son, (B/N). they went to the S.Coups’ house and when they knocked on the door there was S.Coups’ mum and dad there holding a little boy, he had brown hair and big round dark brown eyes with fair soft skin. He had (Y/N)’s eyes and lips and Ren’s face shape and skin.

Ren, meet your son.” Seungcheol’s dad said. Seungcheol and Ren stepped forward to the baby boy, he smiled at them and poked Ren’s cheek and smiled saying, “Appa~!” Ren smiled and picked his son out of S.Coups’ mum’s arms and held his son smiling burying his face in his son’s body and (B/N) pats his father on the head cutely smiling. He then looked at S.Coups and poked his cheek smiling saying, “Samchon~!” S.Coups smiled at him and picked him up out of Ren’s arm and hugged him. “You’re so cute! You look just like your mum.”

~One Week Later~

It was (Y/N)’s funeral day. Her family, friends and her and Ren’s son were all at the funeral.

The members of Seventeen, Nu’est and After School had read the letters that (Y/N) wrote for them 3 days ago before the funeral.

~Flashback~

Everyone went to (Y/N)’s apartment, the first time ever since the day (Y/N) disappeared. They opened the door to see the apartment still untouched. On the coffee table were 4 stacks of letters. There were a letter for each person and even ones for the CEO, Staff and one directed towards the fan.

Each person went and took their letter.

After School

Dear Jungah/ Uee/ Raina/ Nana/ Lizzy/ E-Young/ Kaeun unnie,

I’m really sorry I didn’t tell you guys about this. I know you may be angry with me, feeling betrayed or that you feel like I don’t trust you enough but that wasn’t the case. I left because I had a brain tumor and that I left for treatment but I didn’t have the courage to tell you, I’m sorry unnie.

Truth is, the reason I didn’t tell you was because I was worried about how you’d react. You guys are busy and I didn’t want to cause you stress or anything. You’ve been there for me and helped me a lot and when I have stress you’re always there for me so for that I’m very thankful. Saranghae unnie <3!!

And, this may be a selfish wish but may be if we meet again in another lifetime I wish we’d be friends again and that I’d be with you to the end this time.

I’m really sorry about this. I wish I could’ve told you earlier and that you didn’t have to find out this way. I know I hurt you a lot when I sent that message to you and left you no explanation so I’ll explain everything to you now. The truth was, was that I was diagnosed with a brain tumor so I left to the USA to try and get better so I decided to leave for treatment but the treatment didn’t work. It spread to fast and it failed and now, I’m here in heaven.

I’m sorry for being such a bad noona. I made my dongsaeng upset and disappeared without a trace and let you and mum, dad and oppa worried. I saw you crying on TV and begging for me to come back or let you know where I am or if I’m alive and yet I didn’t say anything, I didn’t let you know and for that I’m really sorry.

I was in the US for treatment and the treatment fail and now I’m gone so I’m very sorry for this Seungcheol-ah, but remember noona loves you and that none of this was your fault so don’t blame yourself and if it was anyone to blame it’d be me. After reading the letter Seungcheol was in tears saying, “You’re not a bad noona, you’re an amazing noona. I love you noona, I’ll do it for you.”

Everyone was crying and an hour later they went to Pledis to deliver the letter to the CEO and they called a press conference to read the letter for the fans from (Y/N).

Seungcheol and Ren went to the CEO’s office and gave him the letter and left with tears in their eyes. The CEO looked at them sadly and his hands started to shake when he was opening the letter.

Dear Han Sung Soo sshi,

I’m really sorry for worrying you and the idols. I didn’t mean to make everyone worry.

Truth was, I left was because I had a brain tumor and I didn’t want anyone to worry so I left to get treatment but the treatment failed so I only had a week left but I didn’t want to come back. I know I could came back and had my last week with them but if I died there while I was with them…it’d hurt them even more and I can’t do that, so I left and spent time in the US until my last day. I didn’t want to die with my friends and family surrounding me while I died and left them behind.

I’m really sorry. But, I have one request before I die, please watch over Seungcheol for me please. Watch over Seventeen, Nu’est and After School for me please. I may be able to watch over them in heaven but I can’t physically help them or comfort them in anyway. So I hope you can watch over them for me and help them and comfort them.

Thank you for watching over me and helping me land jobs even though I wasn’t a part of the company and thank you for treating me like a daughter. You were like my 2nd father growing up, so thank you…appa, saranghae.

Everyone walked in to see (Y/N) laying on the alter table with red roses and red petals surrounding her wearing a white dress.

The priest was there talking and saying the prayer but nothing comprehended in their heads, all they could hear was a bunch of mixed up sounds and tears wouldn’t stop falling down their faces.

Then they went up so say a speech before (Y/N)’s body was laid down to the ground, they chose a representative and it was Ren. Ren who was holding (B/N) put him on S.Coups’ leg and walked up to the microphone.

“I remember meeting (Y/N). I remember the time I asked her to be my girlfriend. I remember thinking and planning to ask her to marry me but, that day never came.

The day she told me it was over, my whole world came crashing down. But I had a glimpse of hope in my life when she told me we’d meet again. I just never thought this is how we’d meet again. What I hoped was that I’d meet her again and that I’d immediately purpose to her so she’s never disappear or slip away but, it’s already too late. She disappeared before I could even see her again. But, I know she still loves me and I want her and everyone to know that I love her, I couldn’t ask for anyone better. I know she told me to move on, but I can’t. I just love her so much.

I love the fact that she gave me a baby boy, I love (B/N) so much. He’s all I have left of (Y/N) and I love him. I am still young so I hope you can all help and advise me on taking care of him.” Ren said and he started to tear up again.

He walked of stage and walked over to (Y/N) and leaned down and gave her a kiss on the lips with tears streaming down his face. He then walked over to (B/N) and picked him up hugging him tightly as his son cried on his shoulder crying for his umma.

The audience were all in tears and then, they put the glass on (Y/N)’s coffin and closed it tightly. Everyone then walked outside as they carried (Y/N)’s coffin and put it in the hole and the people began to cover the coffin with dirt as everyone around started to cry.

~After Funeral~

After (Y/N)’s funeral Nu’est, Seventeen and After School went on hiatus for a while giving them time to themselves and for them to have some healing time. That, and time for Ren to raise his child.

~5 Years Later~

5 years have passed, 5 years since (Y/N)’s death. Some have moved on, some have tried to move on and some just haven’t moved on and Ren was one of the people who just haven’t moved on. He went to (Y/N)’s grave early in the morning to go see her. He had (B/N) sleep over at his uncle’s dorm, S.Coups and the Seventeen members.

He went in his car and drove to the flower shop and bought her favorite roses, (F/C) roses. He then arrived at the cemetery and he walked through the cemetery all the way to (Y/N)’s grave. He put the flowers down on her grave and paid his respects. He then sat next to her grave and talked to her. He talked about everything and anything when a hand touched his shoulder. He turned to see it was (Y/N). “(Y/N)!!” He exclaimed and went to hug her but she put her hand up to stop him and shook her head, “Ren-ah.” She said and tears streamed down her face. “Why? Why did you leave?! “Ren shouted and tears streamed down his face. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I didn’t want to. But I had to. It was the only way.” (Y/N) cried. “Y-You didn’t even tell me you were pregnant, you didn’t tell me you were pregnant with my child. You went through the pregnancy by yourself and the labour by yourself while you had a brain tumor. And what did I do? All I did was try looking for you while doing my job…” Ren cried. “I’m sorry. I know I should’ve told you…but I just couldn’t…” (Y/N) said.

The two then began to talk for a while when suddenly (Y/N) said, “I’ve got to go. I’ve been here for too long.” “No! You can’t leave! Not again!” Ren shouted. “It’ll be okay. Move on.” (Y/N) said and she touched his face. Ren’s hand went up to hold onto her hand, he missed her touch and her warmth over the past 7 years. “It’ll be okay. Turn around.” Ren turned to see a girl, she looked exactly like (Y/N). (Y/N) gave him and back hug and whispered in his ear, “Go…move on…but don’t forget that I love you…” and she disappeared, she turned transparent and disappeared in thin air.

~5 Years Later~

Another 5 years have passed, Ren got married, he moved on and married the girl (Y/N) introduced to him at the cemetery. Ren and the girl had a baby girl and the two of them got married 2 years after they met and dated. Ren, Miki, (B/N) and (G/N) were the perfect family but Ren and (B/N) never forgot (Y/N). Miki knew she could never replace (Y/N) and she didn’t mind the fact that she couldn’t replace (Y/N), for she was a fan of Ren and (Y/N).

The fans, Seventeen, Nu’est and After School we happy that Ren was able to move on and get a family. Though, they were quite shocked at the resemblance of the two but accepted Miki like (Y/N) had wanted when she died.

It was (Y/N)’s 10th year anniversary and the members of Seventeen were there with their family and so were Nu’est, After School and the Pledis Staff and CEO. They paid their respect to (Y/N)’s grave every year at exactly 12 noon.

On the 10th year, (Y/N) paid one last visit to Earth. She flew down to Earth with God’s permission on last time.

She flew down and surprised everyone, “Annyeong.” She said as she flew down, her appearance changed, he hair got longer and her body matured more and she had a pair of white wings making her look like an angel. “(Y/N)/Noona/Umma!!” They exclaimed. She touched the ground and was tackled into a hug by everyone, after their reunion they released (Y/N) from the hug.

“Umma…” (B/N) said in tears. (Y/N)’s eyes soften looking at her son, “(B/N), you grew up very handsome.” (Y/N) said and gave her son a hug as he sobbed on her shoulder when she kneeled down. “Gwenchana…Gwenchana…I’ve been a bad mother haven’t I.” she said rubbing his back, he pulled away and shook his head smiling, “Aniyo. You’re a great mother. Saranghae.” He said and gave her a kiss.

“Noona…” Seungcheol said and pulled his sister into a hug. “I missed you so much.” He said. “I miss you too Seungcheol.” And she hugged him back and gave him a kiss on the cheek. And she did the same to everyone, they missed her warmth, her touch, her voice, her smile, everything, they missed her so much.

When she went to give the CEO a hug, she said, “Thank you for fulfilling my wish.” “It’s okay, I would’ve done it either way.” He said smiling.

She then went up to hug Ren, “Ren-ah…” “Noona…” And Ren ran into her arms, he missed her so much, “I missed you…” “I missed you too.” “I’m grateful that you moved on. I’m thankful you took great care of (B/N). And that’s a beautiful wife and daughter you’ve got there.” (Y/N) said. Ren nod but didn’t say anything, instead, he kissed (Y/N), she was shocked but kissed him back, when they broke a part (Y/N) sent Miki an apologetic look which Miki just shook her head and smiled making (Y/N) smile back.

After, she was introduced to everyone’s husbands, wives, girlfriends and boyfriends who she bonded greatly with.

When (Y/N)’s face dropped, “What’s wrong?” Jeonghan asked. “It’s my time.” (Y/N) answered. “What?!” everyone exclaimed. “It’s time for me to move on to the afterlife.” (Y/N) said. “It’s my last time on Earth. Last time to see you.” everyone was so upset but they knew they had to let her go and Ren pulled her back into one last kiss and she gave everyone a hug and then the light appeared. She smiled at them and began to walk towards the light until she disappeared into the light.

~Epilogue~

“Oppa! Ppalli! Ppalli!” Shouted a teenage girl. “I got it! I’m coming!” the boy shouted and the two ran to the park where a big group of people were. “(Y/N)! Seungcheol hyung!” shouted a voice. “We’re coming Minki oppa!” (Y/N) shouted and ran into his arms. “Jonghyun oppa (JR)!! Youngmin oppa (Aron)!! Dongho (Baekho) oppa!! Minhyun oppa (Minhyun)!!” She shouted waving at them. “You’re finally here. You guys took so long.” Said a boy with long hair. “It’s not my fault Jeonghan oppa! Seungcheol oppa took forever.” She complained, making the boys and girls around her chuckle. “Yah! It’s not my fault!” Seungcheol exclaimed. “Whatever…Let’s go play Seungcheol oppa!! Jeonghan oppa!! Jisoo oppa!! Junhui oppa!! Soonyoung oppa!! Wonwoo oppa!! Jihoon oppa!! Seokmin oppa!! Mingyu oppa!! Minghao oppa!! Seunghwan-ah!! Hansol-ah!! Chan-ah!!Jonghyun oppa!! Youngmin oppa!! Dongho oppa!! ~2 Years Later~

It was their 2 year anniversary and they were in the park when a stage appeared out of nowhere and there stood Jonghyun, Youngmin, Dongho and Minhyun with 5 microphones and Seventeen and After School with (Y/N)’s family. They pulled her to a chair and Ren rushed onstage with the other members, “Happy 2 year anniversary jagiya.” Ren said and him and the members began to sing Hey Love.

~Wedding Day~

(Y/N) was wearing a beautiful white dress with white heels and with diamond earrings and necklace. She had light make up on and it showed her natural beauty.

In the groom’s room, Ren had a white suit on and looking very nervous while his members were congratulating him and telling him everything will be okay. He smiled at them in thank, he took a deep breath and opened the door as the music flowed throughout the room.

The two of them were very nervous but also very excited. (Y/N) took a deep breath and took her father’s hand and the door opened (Y/N) walked in with her father in hand and saw Ren at the alter looking at her smiling.

Ren turned when he heard the door open, he saw his beautiful soon-to-be wife. She looked so beautiful that he couldn’t help smiling at her and she smiled back making his heart flutter. She went next to him and the priest was talking, and the two zoned out and just looked at each other lovingly.

“Do you, Choi Minki, take Choi (Y/N), to be your wife to love and care as long as you both shall live?”

“I do.”

“And do you, Choi (Y/N), take Choi Minki, to be your husband to love and care as long as you both shall live?”

“I do.”

“I announce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride.”

And Ren slammed his lips against yours as you kissed back immediately. And everyone cheered for you happily.

1 year later you gave birth to a baby boy you named (B/N). He had your eyes and lip and he had Ren’s hair and face.

Request: jeongyeon wanting nayeon to kiss her for new years but acting like she doesnt. 2 minutes before new years, twice is huddled together getting ready to celebrate but nayeon is cuddled up with momo. what does jeongyeon do?

a/u: Happy New Year (to everyone who has celebrated it, it’s not quite yet for me) but I want to say thank you for all the love and support (I’ll have a longer message later) and I hope you all enjoy, I had a lot of fun writing this. Also this is my first 2yeon one shot (Finally!).

The night was perfect, snacks littered the floor as the t.v. played at full volume, the music of the New Year’s festival came pouring out of the speakers as the nine women in the room laughed and yelled with each other as some attempted to dance to a song that would come on. The smell of alcohol was light in the room as many of the members drank, which in turn caused more noise but still fun. Well, for the most part.

Jeongyeon sighed as she swirled the beer in her bottle as she looked across the room to Nayeon who was attempting to give Tzuyu a lap dance (again), while the maknae hid her face in her hands trying to ignore her slightly drunk Unnie. The second eldest clenched her jaw at the sight, she knew that nothing would come of it but it was the thought; right, the thoughts. Jeong took a sip of her drink as she frowned to herself, ‘Nearly ten years, I’ve had a crush on her. How pathetic.’ Jeongyeon slumped against the kitchen counter as she continued to watch her members before looking to the clock on the stove: 23:43. It was her own fault, she always held a front of hating Nayeon’s attention when inside that’s all she ever wanted.

Too lost in thought, Jeongyeon was oblivious to everything around her. Even the concerned look Jihyo gave her from the couch in the living room as she noticed that the older girl had been gone awhile. The leader frowned as she got up from the couch and made her way over to her longtime friend, bumping her shoulder to get her attention, “Hey.” At the contact Jeong snapped out of her daze to look at Jihyo.

“Oh, hey Hyo.” Her tone was flat as she took another sip of her beer, it had gone flat too but she didn’t really care. Jihyo put a hand on her shoulder as she began to massage it lightly.

“It’s Nayeon isn’t it.” Jeongyeon knew it wasn’t a question but it still surprised her nonetheless, rolling her eyes as she saw Jihyo’s suggestive smile.

The elder pushed her shoulder, “It's not like that.” Jihyo just shrugged.

“If you say so, Jeongyeon-ah. Want to talk about it?” The older girl sighed as she looked back up to see that Nayeon had moved to cuddle with Momo, the two talking into each other’s ears.

“I’ve liked her for like ten years,” Jeong ran a hand through her hair, “I’ve fallen for her, Hyo. And all I’ve done is push her away.” Jihyo gave her a motherly smile as she grabbed Jeongyeon’s hand making small circles with her thumb.

“Trust me, I’m aware,” Jihyo laughed at the annoyed expression on her friends face, “But in all seriousness, Jeongie; go for it. You’ll never know until you try. And not knowing is worse than finding your answer.” Sana’s voice suddenly broke through their commotion as she looked to the t.v.; the countdown was starting.

“Come on, guys! Hurry up we’re gonna miss it!” Jeong rolled her eyes at Sana’s excitement only to see that Nayeon was still uncomfortably close to Momo. But, Jeongyeon just smiled as she pulled the shorter girl into a hug.

“Thanks, leadernim.” At the name Jihyo playfully slapped her arm as she kissed her cheek.

“Good luck.”

From across the room Nayeon had moved from harassing Tzuyu to cuddle with Momo (much to the younger’s relief). Nayeon sighed heavily as her smile began to falter as she leaned against the Japanese girl, “Momo, can we talk?”

Momo turned to face her as she nodded, “Yeah. What’s going on, Nayeonie?” The eldest frowned as her gaze drifted to Jeongyeon and Jihyo talking in the kitchen, Momo’s face suddenly took up one of understanding, “Oh. It’s about Jeongyeon isn’t it.” Nayeon nodded as she rested her head on Momo’s shoulder.

“What am I gonna do, Momoring? I want to confess or at least kiss her at midnight but all she does is push me away.” Momo shook her head as she looked to her roommate, ‘Jeongyeon always had a way with dancing around her feelings.’

“You want to kiss her?” The dancer gave her a teasing smile as Nayeon blushed.

“Shut up. I was just thinking out loud.” The Japanese girl just shrugged.

“Why don’t you?”

Nayeon looked at her in disbelief, “Jeongyeon doesn’t even hug me. How do you think she’d react if I just straight up kissed her.” Momo shook her head.

“Give her chance. She just might surprise you; Jeongyeon is a lot more unpredictable than she seems.” Nayeon smiled before Sana’s voice broke them out of their conversation as she pointed to the television, motioning to the countdown.

“Come on, guys! Hurry up we’re gonna miss it!” Nayeon looked even more nervous as her gaze drifted back to her best friends in the kitchen, only to be met with the sight of Jihyo placing a kiss to Jeongyeon’s cheek. The sight made Nayeon’s heart break, tears began to form in her eyes as she looked back at Momo; the younger girl quickly pulling her into a hug as she saw the two in the kitchen.

“Jeong likes Jihyo.” Momo frowned.

“Hey, you don’t know that.” Nayeon just shook her head.

“Since when does Jihyo kiss us? And did you see that? Jeongyeon didn’t even flinch. They like each other.” Momo pursed her lips as she could hear the others gather around the t.v. as she looked to the clock.

“You still have two minutes till midnight. So it’s your choice, Nayeon-ah.” Momo places a kiss to her head, “You’re a good girl to date regardless.” Nayeon giggled at the callback to her stupid poem on, Sixteen.

“Thanks, Momoring.”

Jeongyeon stood anxiously in the kitchen as she kept her eyes on the two on the couch, cringing at the moment Momo kissed Nayeon’s temple, “What if they already like each other and I’m just going to walk over and kiss Momo’s girlfriend.” Jihyo rolled her eyes, ‘Here we go again.’, “For the last time, give it a shot. If she slaps you, she slaps you.” Jeongyeon looked at her in concern.

“If she what?” Sana’s voice once again broke the lull of voices.

“Come on guys! 10..9..8..” Jeongyeon looked at Jihyo in panic as the younger girl pushed her into the living room giving her a wink. Nayeon was still in Momo’s embrace as their faces were inches apart.

“What am I going to do!?” Momo could see Jeong in her peripheral, ‘Oh thank Jihyo.’ The Japanese girl just smirked as the countdown dwindled.

“3...2...1! Happy New Year!” The girls’ voices broke through the night as Nayeon looked to Momo in a panic before she felt someone pull her to her feet. Her eyes registered Jeongyeon’s face for a split second before she felt the younger’s lips crash onto hers. Nayeon’s eyes went wide as she felt Jeongyeon’s grip on her waist holding her still. Finally, Nayeon’s brain registered what was happening as she finally kissed her back, the older’s hands shooting up to cup Jeong’s face as they shared their first kiss. The cheers of their members were lost to their ears as their lips were too focused on each other’s.

“Finally!” Chae yelled as she fell back on the couch. At her outburst the two eldest pulled away panting, both their faces were painted with a dark blush. Jeongyeon was the first to address the maknae.

“What do you mean, ‘finally’?” Chae rolled her eyes, a smirk on her lips.

“Please, you two have so much sexual tension between each other it’s suffocating.” The others laughed as the new couple turned their attention to each other smiling as they took in their position: Jeong holding Nayeon by her waist and Nayeon cradling the back of Jeongyeon’s neck.

Jeongyeon gave the elder a small smile, laughing to herself, “Well, I guess it did take us long enough. Happy New Year’s, Nabongs.” Nayeon rolled her eyes as she rested her forehead against Jeong’s.

“I guess you’re right. Happy New Year’s, Jeongie.” The two smiled as they leaned in again, their lips meeting in a kiss that seemed to spark fireworks.
